Although it´s 2012 already and we did a step forward. I take you with me 2 steps backward into summer of 2011. We start were my last post ended, in Berlin then we move through France and Spain. You are going to see wonderfull places, people and situations. So lets lean back and enjoy!

After our tour through eastern Germany, we went back to Trier to recharge our batteries. After two days we started in direction France. Thats the first stop. La dune de Pyla, Arcachon.

I know we have end of 2011 it´s winter and christmas time. So everybody would expect to see some snow. But due to winter hasn´t really started yet and summer was long and accompanied by a lot of ups and downs, good times and struggels. I invite you to a flashback to June/July. I welcome you to one week Jordan! I went there to visit my family and enjoy Jordan, friends and family. It was a good time with proper and plenty of food, tea, coffee and cigaretes.

It has a been a long time since my last post. This time was very turbulent and a lot of things happened. Still working on this pictures wich include roadtripping for two month this summer. I had to break the chronology and push Jordan forward.

The next morning we started to our Farm at the Israelian boarder. But first we watched our neighbours burning down there trash.

Garbadge disposal in Jordan is going this way. Bring your trash to the local metal trashbin, wait until its full and then burn it down. As you can see also the thickest metal trashbins are not build for this.

We wanted to enter our farmarea as every year. But this time they weren´t that friendly at the military Checkpoint and seized my camera. But on the way back the Genaral of the local militarybase invited us to a coffee and apologized. In the end he allowed me to fotograph everything I want. And thats it. On the right you can see Mr. General.

The last few month were led by a lot of studying finishing my bachelor and getting ready for a nice trip. I´m looking forward to get to the coast and enjoy friends, sun and the surf.

But right now I would like to show you that you don´t always have to travel to have good times and see nice places.

Marocco

I welcome you to my new blogpost! In March surfing and a huge need for joy carried Benedikt, Marcel and me to Marocco. We had a very good time travelling around and searching, mostly waiting for waves. We met wonderfull people, saw nice places and hmm what more can I say?

I invite you to take part and enjoy my favortite shots of two weeks Maroccan coastline.

All shots beside the coloured one have been taken analog.

First stop on Maroccan ground. Some vitamines on Marraceshs No 1 orange reamer.

Cold and rainy weather welcomed us.

But sometimes the sun came out...

... and gave us wounderfull light to explore Marraceshs Medina.

We went to visit some ruins. There we go...

But there were more exiting things then broken walls.

Back in the medina we met two cool guys owning a shop downtown. They invited us for tea and we had really good topics to talk about. Happy times!

And we had a wonderfull view on busy medina life while we could rest inside.

A very friendly guy selling us a nice pipe. He spoke amaising german but never left Marocco.

But we had to leave Marracesh in direction coast. For the Trip we had a delicious mix of "La Perles" best olives.

We made our way to Agadir were we had though bargling action with the taxi dudes. But all kept friendly.

On the third day waves in taghazout dissapeared completly. So we diced to hitchike further down the coastline to check out some other spots...

After nice days in the south we moved furhter to the central coast. Next Stop Essaouira!

We arrived in a very remote town planed and build by the French colonists. really nice place with a very friendly atmosphere.

We stayed in the house of Anis family. Very nice times. Sonja and Anis mom treated us as family and we were very comfortable. Thank you so much! (Thats the view from our balkony.)

Here we go! A long long time ago I decided to start to develop at home again and begun to shoot more and more with my A1. I hoarded rolls and rolls from the last year and now I finally could manage to develop the first films. It took a while to get back into process and also scanning is not as easy as I thought.

I did not label any of the rolls so releasing this pictures out of their can was always a big surprise and a lot of fun!!!

Spring - Summer - Winter - ~~Fall~~

It´s the 30th of december 2010 and the year is coming to it´s end! To describe my emotions about this year in words is quiet hard. As you can imagine it was a good year, ok you always get into struggles and periods where things are not going the way you want them to go. But HEY things are always moving forward. So press Play and don´t fall down. Grab something, take it serious and do it.

I´m not a trip advisor through any of your lifes or something. I just searched a way to explain my Topic...

So now we come to the Post... In November Lucas my dad and me went to Jordan to visit my family.

As you can imagine we had a great time. First of all it´s always a fantastic feeling to meet your family and feel home somewhere far away from everything you spend your normal life in. Another thing is the change you can see going on (no it´s not Obama Land), and the best is the culture which welcomes you with wide open arms and which can give you the feeling that you belong to them, that there is no difference between me, you, them and everybody.

I don´t want to write to much, so I stop here. And you will see......

Here we were driving to our orange farm. The area is called "Al Qhur".

Thats just in front of our farmland. The farm is next to the Israelian border, just the river Jordan is seperating Jordan and Israel at this point. So we always have to pass some checkpoints. Here we had some problems to enter the Farm because Lukas is German. It was a 2hour struggle with a lot of phonecalls to get him in.
